Sharlene Parmley, MSN, RN, CNL, is a certified Clinical Nurse Leader at Spartanburg Medical Center located in the Upstate of South Carolina. She is the CNL assigned to the nursing specialty areas of Inpatient Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Wound Team, Vascular Access Team, and Diabetes Education. Her role consists of analyzing data related to these specialties and developing process improvement plans to enhance patient care and outcomes.
